TYPE OF WINE
90% Pinot Noir
Alcohol and malolactic fermentations (completed) in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
50% of the clear wines are aged in a 10hl cask
50% of the clear wines are matured in Burgundy barrels (aged “2 or 3 wines”), as well as in barrels (228L) of new American oak
Base of Pinot Noir
Matured in American oak barrels
Golden hue with subtle amber reflections. Nice dynamic bubble train.
First nose is very expressive with notes of mocha, hazelnut, grilled almonds, and blond tobacco. At the opening, notes of menthol and cedar are revealed.
Aery, with aromas of passion fruit, almond cream enhanced by subtle vanilla notes. The fresh finish offers a nice length on the lemongrass.
