WINE MAKING
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation (complete) in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, then aging in 25 HL tuns, 400L barrels and vats.
TASTING NOTES
Eye:
Clear and brilliant color, with a golden hue of fairly low intensity with light copper and silver highlights.
Nose:
The nose is expressive, initially dominated by notes of fresh wood and ripe apricot. A beautiful aromatic richness then unfolds through aromas of eucalyptol, candied lemon, white pepper, and dried fruits such as cashew nuts.
Palate:
The attack on the palate is quite broad and tasty with a nice grain of tannin. The palate then remains round and homogeneous with a long finish on a light zest of citrus and a very nice salinity.
