Champagne Collery NV Rosé Brut Grand Cru Pinot Noir et Chardonnay

nv ROSÉ brut - grand cru

The NV Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé whose structure is brought by the frame of Pinot Noir, elegantly balanced by its Chardonnay. Its richness in red wine and its content dosage makes it a wine to be enjoyed in any season, as an aperitif as with a meal.

WINE MAKING

Alcohol and malolactic fermentations (completed) in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, in Burgundy casks for the red wine.

TASTING NOTES

Eye:

Coral pink hue with bright coppery reflections.
Regular effervescence of fine bubbles.

Nose:

Straight, loose and well structured, the first nose delivers notes of rose, raspberry alcohol, and rhubarb.
The opening reveals shades of blood orange and lemon.

Palate:

Pure and tasty attack, revealing aromas of stone fruits (griotte/morello cherry, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum) and citrus (orange). The tangy framework structures this cuvée wonderfully, punctuated by the bitter pink grapefruit.
